Bacon, Green Onion & Cheese Quiche

The anytime food! Eat it hot or cold, for any meal (or snack) time of the day. 

And yes, housemade pastry as always. 

Ingredients

Flour, butter, salt.
Eggs, milk, cream, bacon, cheddar cheese, green onion, salt, pepper. 

Freezing & Reheating

Should you choose to freeze the quiche, wrap well in foil or food wrap. 

When ready to enjoy, take out of the freezer the night before and place in the fridge. 

Once ready to reheat: take quiche out of the fridge to bring to room temperature while you pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 15 minutes until warm. If you should notice the pastry getting brown, loosely place a piece of foil over the top.
