Mint Chocolate Chunk Brownies

How am I supposed to describe these? They rock. Brownies come in about a million variations and everyone has an opinion. Don't even get me started on if edges or middle pieces are better!

It took me a while to figure out exactly what I liked in a brownie and here they are. Chocolate goodness. I hope you like them!

*Price is for 1 8x8 inch tray, cut into 6 generous slices or 1/2 a tray cut into 6 medium slices*

Cocoa powder, semi sweet chocolate, sugar, olive oil, eggs, flour, milk chocolate chunks, vanilla, mint extract, baking powder, salt.
